Return and Refund Policy

We appreciate your understanding and aim to provide a consistent approach for both return and refund processes. Please review the following policies:

Returns:

Customers have a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return request. The return timeframe begins upon the receipt of the returned product by our staff if returned to the physical store.

Conditions for Eligible Returns:

  1. Missing seal, delivered in the wrong quantity, information, or design compared to the order.
  2. Damaged due to manufacturing defects or during transportation.
  3. Expired before or on the date of delivery.
  4. Not applicable to products listed under restricted return categories.

Return Conditions:

  1. Product must be intact with all labels, original packaging, and seals (except for defective products or damages during transportation).
  2. All accessories and accompanying gifts must be included.
  3. Product should be clean, odorless, and show no signs of prior usage.
  4. Customers must retain the purchase confirmation and fill in required information on the return request form.

Return Costs:

  1. Products returned due to errors by Vitamic Store or the supplier qualify for free return and delivery to the designated return location.
  2. For products returned due to a change in customer usage needs, contact the store for further advice.

Refunds:

Refund Principles: The refund method depends on the customer's original payment method.

Refund Methods: Refund via Paypal.

Processing Time: Vitamic Store will send refund request feedback within 5 working days from receiving the returned product. If the return request meets requirements, the refund will be processed within the following timeframes:

  • Paypal refunds: 3-5 working days.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, email us at support@vitamic.store with a photo of the product received, including detail shots for further assistance.

Please note that all refund timelines are subject to the return process, and we appreciate your patience as we work to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for our customers.
